The complete high voltage test equipment finished installation, joint commissioning and acceptance. The whole platform has been put into operation in Luokai’s high voltage switch laboratory for type test and routine test of medium & high voltage switchgears, circuit breakers and switch components.

Ultra-low inherent partial discharge level for official type tests The non-PD test transformer uses high-purity insulating oil and optimized winding structure. The inherent PD level is controlled below 5pC at rated voltage. It complies with GB/T 4109 and IEC 62271 standards, fully qualified for high voltage switchgear type tests required by certification authorities.
Synchronous AC withstand voltage and 部分放電 detection The system supports hipot test and PD monitoring running simultaneously. While applying power frequency high voltage to verify insulation strength, it continuously captures early discharge defects caused by internal voids or impurities inside insulation materials. Hidden failures which cannot be found by simple withstand voltage test can be effectively detected.
Excellent anti-interference performance for factory workshop environment Cooperating with electromagnetic shielding room, the system adopts hardware filter and digital noise reduction algorithm to suppress disturbance from inverters, cranes and welding equipment. The PD detector can distinguish external noise and genuine partial discharge signals of test samples, greatly improving test accuracy.
Fully automatic remote control to enhance operation safety Operators control the whole test procedure outside shielding room. Multi-protection including over-voltage, over-current and breakdown interlock. The system cuts off high voltage within milliseconds once flash-over or breakdown occurs. Test data, voltage curves and PD trend charts are automatically saved for quality archiving.
Modular structure with flexible expandability Modular design allows future expansion of lightning impulse test, series resonance test modules. The system fits multiple test objects: medium voltage switchgears, vacuum circuit breakers, solid encapsulated poles, ring main units and insulating components, suitable for R&D type tests and factory routine sampling inspection.
