This high-voltage test system is deployed in Angdian Motor’s No.1 Motor Test Station, dedicated to motor performance inspection, dielectric strength test and quality verification for various large & medium motors.
Motor manufacturers require reliable high voltage test equipment to strictly inspect motor insulation performance before factory delivery. The fully automatic power frequency withstand voltage test set developed by DEMIKS is designed for motor testing laboratories, supporting AC voltage withstand tests, DC high voltage tests, partiële ontlading pre-inspection and other routine type tests of electric motors.
The test console adopts an integrated computer control system, with visualized operation interface, automatic voltage boosting, over-current protection and emergency stop function. Equipped with a high voltage testtransformator unit, the whole system realizes automatic data recording, report generation and test curve saving. It helps Angdian Motor standardize its motor testing workflow and improve test repeatability and testing efficiency.
Shanghai Angdian Motor built a professional motor test workshop divided into independent test zones: Alternating Current test area, Direct Current test area, Withstand Voltage test area and Partiële ontlading test area. The DEMIKS high voltage withstand voltage device is installed inside the withstand voltage testing chamber, cooperating with the 3T dynamic balancing machine and other motor testing facilities to complete the full range of motor performance tests.
Het power frequency hipot test system is widely applied for high voltage testing of large AC & DC motors, stators and rotors.
