The 6300A Three-Phase Temperature Rise Test System is a high-power high-voltage electrical testing equipment independently developed and manufactured by Shanghai Demiks Power Technology. The complete system consists of three-phase oil-immersed induction voltage regulators, high-current booster (3-phase output A/B/C), intelligent main control cabinet, flexible copper braided high-current leads and multi-point temperature data acquisition unit. The system can continuously output rated three-phase current up to 6300A with stable current output and high three-phase current balance. It adopts oil-immersed self-cooling induction voltage regulation structure with strong overload capacity and controllable temperature rise under long-time full-load operation. Equipped with intelligent control system, it supports automatic voltage & current stabilization, real-time multi-point temperature collection, curve recording and over-limit protection. It can run steady-state temperature rise test for extended periods and fully comply with domestic and international standards including GB/T, IEC and ANSI for power equipment testing.
