(DEMIKS POWER) delivered DTC-104D-75kVA full-automatic power frequency withstand voltage test set to Cable Wire Group of Shanghai Electro Technical Assembly Co., Ltd., building a submerged cable hipot test bench for factory electrical performance inspection of high-voltage cables.
The delivered package consists of an automatic transformer control console, high voltage test transformer and auxiliary accessories. Rated at 75kVA, this system supports submerged cable withstand voltage test. It features automatic voltage rising, voltage stabilization, timing and voltage reduction. Real-time voltage & current monitoring, over-limit protection and test report printing are integrated in the system.
Equipped with emergency stop button, the test set adopts multi-safety interlock including over-current, over-voltage and breakdown protection. It perfectly adapts to underwater test tank environment in cable factories and complies with GB/T standards for power cable withstand voltage test. Operators can remotely control the system in separated control room away from high voltage zone, greatly improving operation safety.
